⦁ End Bending(Pre Bending)이 가능하며 상부 Roll 은 상하 이동, 하부 Roll 좌우이동 또는 상부 Roll 상부 Roll상하, 좌우 이동 하부 Roll고정 등 2가지 type으로 설계, 제작되었습니다.

⦁ Roll재질은 SF계통의 단조품으로 충분한 강성을 유 지 시킵니다.

⦁ 완성된 원형모재의 이탈착이 용이하도록 자동으로 제어할 수 있게 제작되어 있습니다.

⦁ EDGE가공, CONE가공, 타원형, 각이 있는 원형 등을 벤딩할 수 있는 다기능의 고성능 기계로 품질 향상과 작업의 합리화, 고생산성에 부응하기 위하 여 설계, 제작되었습니다.

⦁ Min Working Dia : 상부 Roll외경 x 2 or 2.4

⦁ This can do End Bending(Pre Bending). upper Roll can move up down, under Roll can move letf and right or upper Roll can move up, down, left, right and under Roll can be fixed(two type)

⦁ This is designed down Roll 2 set and Guide Roll 3 set so Roll center is prohibited from | handing down.(sub Roller)

⦁ The quality of Roll is cold working material of S.F series and retain enough strength.

⦁ This is manufactured to automatically control the take is and take off of the completed original material
